Jay Curtis Holloway II *
Jay Curtis “Curt” Holloway II, 48, of Milford Center, died Monday, April 14, 2003. He was a 1972 graduate of Marysville High School. Prior to his illness, he had worked for American Heritage Homes in the Marysville area. He enjoyed fishing, reading, playing cards, playing the guitar and spending time with his family and friends at one of his famous cookout bonfires. He was an avid collector of music.
Born July 9, 1954, in Marysville to Jay C. and Clara Lucile “Lucy” Schiller Holloway and was predeceased by his father; a brother, Joel Craig; his paternal grandparents, John and Audrey Holloway; his maternal grandparents, Clark and Lucy Schiller.
Survived by Viki Holloway he married Oct. 20, 1984; his mother; two brothers, Jack (Shirley) of Huber Heights and Randy of Plan City and his friend, Rhonda Beddow; three sisters, Sue (Ray) Rice of Schell City, Mo., Jayne (Ray) Trenta of Akron and Beth (Brent) Heflin of Raymond; his mother- and father-in-law, Ray and Alice Holloway of Marysville; a brother-in-law, Tim (Rosemary) Holloway of Raymond and a sister-in-law, Suzi (David) Blue of Marysville; several nieces and nephews, Josh, Brandy and Amanda Heflin; Peggy and Charlie Trenta, Megan and Joey Holloway, Addam and Alissa Blue and Jordan and Kelsey Holloway; many aunts, uncles and cousins; his extended family, Rick and Sheila Kuba, Mike, Gloria and Melanie Rockhold, Jimmie and Monica Dail, Jo Zahn; a goddaughter, Carly Jo Moran.
Services at 11 a.m. Thursday at the First UMC. The Rev. Richard Teller will officiate and burial will be at the York Center Cemetery.
