CECIL M. SHOCKEY, 64, general manager of the Howard Paper Mills lnc., at Urbana, died Tuesday, 6:35 a.m. in Riverside Hospital, Columbus, of injuries suffered in a 2-car accident south of Urbana Aug. 5. He leaves his wife, Vera: 4 sons, Rev. Fr. David Shockey, Cold Springs, Ky., Robert, Joseph and Thomas, all of Urbana, one daughter, Mrs. Robert D. McGraw, Lancaster. Solemn Ponticial Mass will be oitered, 10:30 a.m. Saturday, St. Mary Catholic Church, Urbana, burial Oak Dale Cemetery. Arrangements are being completed by the Ryan Funeral Home, Urbana.
