TWO KILLED IN WAYNESBORO AUTO CRASH – Two young men are dead and a third hospitalized as the result of a grinding two-car collision Thursday night at the junction of N. Grant St. and Orchard Rd. in Waynesboro. Dead on arrival at the Waynesboro Hospital was Craig D. Armour, 20, Mont Alto, one of the drivers in the crash. The Franklin County coroner, Dr. John P. Manges, said the immediate cause of death was a fractured skull. C. Eugene Shockey, 31, Waynesboro, died at 7:05 a.m. Friday at the hospital. He had suffered multiple lacerations and injuries, said aides. He was a brother of Mrs. Fred of Gettysburg.  Shockey was a passenger in an auto driven by Robert Needy, 35, Waynesboro. The police came upon the crash scene a few minutes after the collision.  Armour, who was serving in the Air Force at AFB, Newburgh, N.Y., was home on leave when he was killed.
