Kent A. Tullis *
Kent A Tullis, 69, of Urbana passed away November 8, 2012, in Springfield Regional Hospital.
Kent was a 1961 graduate of Rushsylvania High School. He retired as a field service manager from Dade Behring in Columbus, OH, and currently was employed at Henderson Land Investment Co. He was an avid fisherman, reader and loved to follow his grandchildren’s activities. Kent was a loving family man and all around good guy.
He is survived by his wife, Judith A (Fleming) Tullis, one daughter and son-in-law, Nancy (Mark) Koi of Bloomington, IN, two sons and daughter-in-law, Sean Tullis of Urbana, OH, and Scott (Cindy) Tullis of Maineville, OH, his stepparents, Dr CT (Norma) Richardson of Bellefontaine and Anita Tullis of Germany, two brothers, David (Nancy) Richardson of Middleburg Heights and John Richardson of Kansas, eight grandchildren, Katie, JT, Jamie, Bailey, Annie, Logan, Maggie and Delaney, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dick C Tullis and Dorothy (Shelpman) Stuebe. A gathering of family and friends will be held in the Skillman, McDonald & Vernon Funeral Home, Mechanicsburg, Ohio, from 5-8 p.m. Monday, Nov 12, 2012. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 10 am Tuesday with the Rev Kevin Horrigan officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Mechanicsburg.
