Linda Mongold *
Linda Sue Mongold, age 65 of Moorefield, WV passed away Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at Mon Health Medical Center in Morgantown, WV. She was born on September 17, 1958, in Romney, WV, a daughter of the late Phillip Glen Wratchford and Elva Mae Shockey Wratchford. Also preceding her in death was her brother-in-law Donald Eye, and her brother-in-law Jack Burner.
Linda was known for her loving nature, selfless spirit, strength, and wit. She touched the lives of many with her kindness and humor.
Left to cherish her memory are her devoted husband, Dean Mongold; daughters, Melissa (Jerry) Smith and Stephanie (Ryan) Runions; a son, Jesse (Lauren) Mongold; her grandchildren Tristan Davis, Ashlynn Jenkins, Logan Jenkins, Emma Conrad, Ryan Mongold, and Hunter Mongold; as well as her sisters Sharon (Donald) Eye and Phyllis (Jack) Burner, and a brother Scott Wratchford.
Services will be held at a later date to honor and celebrate Linda’s life and the impact she had on those around her.
