Mrs. D. O. Bradley, Sr.
Mrs. D. O. Bradley Sr., Dies.
Mrs. D. O. Bradley, sr., aged 65 years, passed away at 8:45 o’clock Wednesday evening, September 6, 1922, at the family home west Park avenue. She had been in poor health for several years past. Every kindness that the husband and family could bestow and with the best of medical attention provided to prolong her life, yet she finally yielded to the death messenger.
Before Mrs. Bradley’s marriage she was Louise Shockey, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Shockey, a pioneer family of Prairie township, this county. She was an excellent Christian woman, a devoted wife and mother, and a member of the Baptist church since childhood. She had resided in this county for over fifty years. –Rich Hill Review.
