Mrs. Lena Roach, 36, wife of Carl Roach of 2101 W. Jefferson St., died in the Clark County Sanatorium at 8:35 p.m. Thursday following a lengthy illness. She had been a patient at the Sannatorium since Jan. 31. The body was removed to the Richards Memorial Home.

Mrs. Carl Roach—Funeral Services for Mrs. Lena Roach, 36, wife of Carl Roach, of 2101 W. Jefferson St., will be held at 1 p.m. Monday in the Richards Memorial Home. Burial will be in Ferncliff Cemetery. Mrs. Roach died at 8:35 p.m. Thursday in the Clark County Sanatorium following an illness of 18 months. Born in Clark County on Jan. 23, 1911, the daughter of Omer and Ometa Shockey, she had been a resident of the county her entire life. Survivors include her husband; a son, Carol of Springfield; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Schockey of New Carlisle, Route 3; five sisters, Mrs. Margaret Smith of Urbana, Route 2, Mrs. Ethel Craig of Springfield, Mrs. Helen Wilson of Springfield, Route 1, Mrs. Katherine Dunipace of Bowling Green, O., and Miss Dorothy Schockery of Toledo; two brothers, Robert Schockey of New Carlisle, Route 3, and Harvey Schockey of Springfield.
