Paul G. Shockey *

It is with tremendously heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Mr. Paul Gordon on Friday, March 31, , at the age of 49 years. Paul was born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan on February 22, .

He will be lovingly remembered by his loving wife of twenty-four years, Jenifer, his daughter, Haileigh and her fiancé, Kelly Henrickson. He will also be sadly missed by his father, Cliff Shockey (Sylvie Francoeur); sister, Leighana Shockey; mother-in-, Rita Dillon; brother-in-law, Patrick Dillon (Rochelle Laventure); his nephew, Ian Dillon (Angie Carson); and great nephew, Carson Dillon; as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Paul was predeceased by his mother, Beth Adele Gentner and his father-in-law, Dillon. Paul will also be remembered by his fishing buddies, Jason , and Kayle Toner. He will be sadly missed by his Schlumberger Family, “The Men in ”, as he spent most of his time with them.

A Celebration of Paul’s Life will be held at Parkland Funeral Home and Crematorium, 6287 – 67 A Street ( Drive), Red Deer, Alberta on Saturday, April 8, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. Cremation entrusted to Parkland Funeral Home and Crematorium, Red Deer, Alberta.
