Paul J Case
Paul J. Case, 93, of Massillon, passed away at home surrounded by his loving family on March 31, 2023.
He was born on March 17, 1930 to Felix and Rana (Frasure) Case in Langley, Kentucky. He married Donna Myers on November 21, 1951 and they shared almost 70 years until her passing in 2021.
Paul worked as a Turn Foreman for Republic Steel until his retirement. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and socializing with friends. Paul was known for his sense of humor, kindness and was a very spiritual person. He will forever be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, great-great grandfather, uncle and friend.
Paul is survived by his loving daughter, Debra L. Wise; his grandchildren Jennifer, Heidi, Chad, Dustin, Paula and Cody; his great-grandchildren Whitney, Tiara, Haylee, C.J., Kayci, Trey, Abigail, Erin, Andrew, Dominic, Daniel, Isaac, Adam, Jacob, Claire, Mary, Brianna, Neely, Blaze, Lexi, Cole, Kylie, Darren and Sophia; great-great grandchildren Tiana, Malik, Remington and Raiden as well as a host of family and friends. In addition to his parents and wife, Paul was preceded in death by his children Danny Case and Darlene Shockey; his sister Verlie Nixon and his brothers, Worlie, Berlin, Verlin, Bermin, Prock, and Willie.
Visitation will be held Thursday, April 6, 2023, from 11:00 am until 12 noon at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home, Massillon, Ohio. Services will be held at 12 noon. Burial will take place at Massillon Cemetery. Ed Hill will be officiating.
