Brenda Felger
Brenda J. Felger, 61, of Findlay, passed away at the St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima on Sunday, January 18, 2015 surrounded by her family.
Brenda was born on February 5, 1953 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, the daughter of the late Murdock Gillis and Peggy (Cushenbery) Gillis – Goebel. On September 19, 1981 she married the love of her life, Scott A. Felger, who survives.
She is also survived by her children, Ashley Felger and Alex Felger both of Columbus; sister Deborah Startz of Bellaire, TX ; brothers, Murdock Gillis of Wilmington, Massachusetts, Michael Goebel of Findlay and Robert Goebel of Bloomdale.
Brenda was a volunteer at the Blanchard Valley Hospital for many years.
Friends will be received from 2 to 7P.M. on Thursday, January 22, 2015 at LEHTOMAA FUNERAL HOME 201 Osborn Ave. Findlay, Ohio 419-424-0777 .
A Celebration of Brenda’s life will be held at 7:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home, with Murdock Gillis, officiating. Burial will be held on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. in the Maple Grove Cemetery in Findlay.
Memorial contributions in Brenda’s honor may be made to the American Cancer Society or a charity of the donor’s choice.
