Justin Brown *
CHILLICOTHE: Justin Brown, 25, of Chillicothe, died unexpectedly at home on Friday, June 20, 2014.
He was born March 6, 1989, in Columbus, to Debra L. and Scott L. Brown, both whom live in Virginia Beach, VA.
In addition to his parents, surviving are his little brother whom he adored, Laten Brown; a sister, Apryl (Derik) Curtis; a nephew, Connor Curtis, all of Virginia Beach, VA; maternal grandparents, Jeffrey and W. Jane Pummel, of Chillicothe; paternal great grandmother, Edith Detty, of Chillicothe; aunts and uncles, Kim (Randy) Proehl, of Kingston; Rick Pummel, of Circleville, Nick Pummel, Marcia Pummel, Tony Pummel, Chris (Sarah) Pummel, Missy Downs, all of Chillicothe, Joy Moe, of North Carolina; and several cousins that he loved and adored.
Justin graduated from Unioto High School in 2007. He excelled in all sports but his favorite was football where his parents cheered him and his teammates on every Friday night. Justin recently served in the United States Navy. Family and friends will always remember Justin as a sweet, loving and caring young man with a heart of gold. He never said goodbye without a hug, a kiss and a “love you”.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Friday, June 27, 2014 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Larry Ault officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. Friends may call at Ware’s from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday.
