Orvel M Hullinger *
Orvel Milton Hullinger, age 76, died October 29, 1994, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident in St. George, Utah.
He was born January 17, 1918, in Roosevelt, Utah to Harvey and Auleen Mullins Hullinger.
He married Lela Bilgelow on March 6, 1940, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She died October 27, 1983. He married Barta Merkley Jenkins in 1984, and she died in 1993.
He married Eletta Wilde Forbes in 1994.
Orvel is survived by: His wife, Eletta, St. George; children, Mrs. (Gene) Janet Gurr, Mrs. Brent (Renee) Shiner, Errol Hullinger, all Vernal; Mrs. Lynn (Saundra) Boren, Mrs. Rocky (JoLita) Smith, both Salt Lake City; and Mrs. Mike (Ronnie) Grimlie, Richfield; 25 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Reed, Grand Junction, Colorado; Velma Norton and Revoe Chase, Salt Lake City; Ula Jones, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
He was preceded in death by wives, Lela, and Barta, and a son, Dale.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, November 2, 1994, at 12 noon in the Glines Ward Chapel, 1500 West Highway 40. Friends may call on Tuesday evening from 7 to 9 p.m., at the Hullinger-Jolley Funeral Home, and on Wednesday one hour prior to services at the church. Interment will be in the Vernal Memorial Park under direction of the Hullinger-Jolley Funeral Home.
