Shirley See
Shirley Diane See, 63, Macy, passed away at 7:12 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 10, 2023, at Lutheran Hospital of Indiana, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
She was born on Dec. 7, 1959 in Wabash, the daughter of Eugene and Lucille Lee (Mullins) Booth. On Nov. 9, 1996, in Rochester, she married Scott E. See. He preceded her in death Oct. 5, 2023.
Diane worked at Modern Materials more than 25 years. She enjoyed going to garage sales, auctions, collecting unicorns, porcelain dolls, painting mirror art and especially spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her children, Dawn Alderfer, Macy, Leroy Alderfer, Macy, Riley B. See, Macy; grandchildren Skylar Alderfer, Summer Alderfer, Tonia Alderfer; siblings Debra Boyd, Peru, Raymond Booth, New Hampshire, Geare Booth, Logansport; several nieces and nephews.
She also was preceded in death by her parents, brothers William Booth and Gerald Booth, sister Barbara Owens and niece Tonia Shockey.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 18, 2023, at Zimmerman Bros. Funeral Home, Rochester, Indiana. Friends may visit from 4-7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2023, and one hour prior to service Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Fulton Cemetery, Fulton.
