Kenneth Holcomb *

Kenneth Ray “Skinny Ray” Holcomb, 60, of Elk City, was born on January 1, in Perryton, Texas. He is the son of Joe and Bertha Emmaline (Green) Holcomb. He went to be with his Lord on Monday, July 1, 2024 at Avenue Nursing Home, Elk City, Oklahoma.
Kenneth worked as a roughneck in the oilfield most of his life. He married Brenda Kay on September 3, 2016 in Sayre, Oklahoma. Kenneth enjoyed working on small engines, going to parties, listening to music, and going fishing, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Kenneth will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Private services will be conducted. Services have been entrusted to the care of Richard and Tammy Dugger and the staff of -Dugger Funeral Home in Elk City, Oklahoma.
Cherishing his memory is his wife, Brenda Holcomb of Elk City, Oklahoma; one son, Anthony Houck of Edmond, Oklahoma; one step-son, Kenneth Garibay of Arapaho, Oklahoma; two step-daughters, Julie Bilbrey of Elk City, Oklahoma and Shelley of Elk City, Oklahoma; one brother, A.E. Pete of ; one sister, Luci McGuire of Corpus Christi, Texas; several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews; and a host of other family and friends.
Kenneth is preceded in death by his parents, Joe Thomas and Bertha Emmaline Holcomb; his twin brother, Russell Holcomb; five brothers; Bill Gilbert, Jackie Massey, “Rusty” Massey, Homer Massey, Richard “Doodlebug” Holcomb; one sister, Judy Pearl Newsome.
