Blanche Black
Mrs. Blanche E. Black, 70. died this morning at United Memorial Hospital shortly after she was admitted. A resident of Greenville the past 40 years, she lived at 401 North St.
Mrs. Black was born Nov. 14. 1887, in Bay City. She was the daughter of Manley and Capitola Williams.
The widow of Frank Black, she is survived by five daughters, four sons, a sister, 29 grandchildren and 15 great – grandchildren, A fifth son, Kermit Coston, died in 1948.
Surviving children are Mrs. Harry (Mary ) Hansen, Mrs. Lyle (Leona ) Clock, Murn Coston and Frank Black, all of Greenville: Mrs. Edwin (Charlotte) Hughes, Manistee ; Mrs. William (Marjorie ) Bowerman , Stanton; Mrs. Roy (Wanda ) Johnson, Gowan; Kenneth Coston, Grand Rapids and Rayburn Coston, Belding. Her sister is Mrs. Willis Marsh, Grand Rapids.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Brown Teman Funeral Home with interment in Montcalm Cemetery .
