Cecil Eugene Bell, 69, of Elk City, Oklahoma was born on November 5, 1951 in Elk City, Oklahoma. He is the son of Alvin Warren and Martha Ellen (Shockey) Bell. He went to be with his Lord on February 4, 2021 at his residence in Elk City, Oklahoma.
He enjoyed fishing, listening to country music, hunting and taking walks. Cecil worked for Billy Wilson Laundry for twenty years.
Cecil married his best friend, Emilia Bell Narvaiz on March 18, 1978 in Clinton, Oklahoma.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, February 8, 2021 at Martin-Dugger Funeral Home Chapel in Elk City, Oklahoma. Rev. Larry Parvin will officiate. Interment will be at Dewey Cemetery in Hammon, Oklahoma. Services have been entrusted to the care of Richard and Tammy Dugger and the staff of Martin-Dugger Funeral Home in Elk City, Oklahoma.
Cherishing his memory is his loving wife, Emilia of the home; one daughter, Millie Jean Bell of Elk City, Oklahoma; sister, Linda Marie Bell of Elk City, Oklahoma.
Preceded in death by his parents, Alvin and Martha Bell.
