Duane E Craft Jr *

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Duane Craft Jr., who passed away on May 21, 2024.
Born on February 1, 1986, in Belle Fourche, South Dakota, Duane was the son of Duane Craft Sr and Vonnie Lee. He graduated from Riverside High School in Wyoming in 2004 and attended some college in Powell, Wyoming. Duane later worked on drilling rigs and moved to Lincoln in 2019, where he was doing construction work.
Duane loved to hunt, fish, play cards, and bull riding. Duane also had a passion for woodworking.
He cherished his children: Abagayle, Gabrielle, Hunter, Haakon, and Delta. He was also very close to his brother Travis Craft, sister Tiffany Tackett, and aunt Delta Ankeny.
Duane was preceded in death by his grandparents Delbert Craft, Odien Iverson, Betty Sisk, and Donald Wietgrefe, his uncles Jim Solaas, and Kevin Craft, and aunt Debbie Gamble.
Survivors include his parents Duane Craft Sr. and Vonnie Lee, sister Tiffany Tackett, brother, Travis Craft, and his children, Abagayle, Gabrielle, Hunter, Haakon, and Delta Craft. As well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and his grandmother Virginia Wietgrefe.
Funeral services will be held at Lincoln Berean Church, located at 6400 South 70th Street in Lincoln with pastor Kurt Sandquist and assistant Dave Sorensen at 1 PM on Saturday, June 1, 2024.
