ELIZABETH HEPP DIES SUNDAY IN LONG BEACH, CA.
She was born inJasper County, Iowa, April 5, 1865. She was married at Harlan, Iowa to Fred C.Hepp on March 29, 1883. He died in 1932.
They were theparents of eight children: Maylon H., retired educator of the MinneapolisPublic Schools: Estefla, wife of W. H. Thompson, auditor of Woodbury County,Sioux City, IA; Florence, wife of Elmore Petersen, dean of the School ofBusiness. University of Colorado; Esther, wife of Theodore Riley, warehouseman,U.S. Navy, San Pedro Harbor. Compton, Calif.; George, contractor and builder,Compton, Calif., Zola, wife of W.H. Bachman, President, C.S. Card Steel andIron Works, Denver; and Dr. Virgil E,, head division of ear, nose and throat,Sansum Clinic, Santa Barbara., Calif.
The funeral will beheld Wednesday in Long Beach. Interment will be in the Sunnyside cemetery there beside the graves of her husband and a sister who died in 1947.
