Jeffery James Rock *
Jeffery J Rock, 11, died Thursday afternoon in the operating room at St Elizabeth Hospital, Lafayette, after a shooting accident several hours earlier at the family residence Route 2, Delphi. He was born March 18 1975 in Lafayette, and was a life resident of the Pittsburg area. He would have been a fifth grader at Meadowlawn School, Monticello, in the fall. He was a member of Delphi Wesleyan Church and participated in Special Olympics. Surviving are his parents, James D and Theresa Rockhill Rock; two brothers, James D Rock, Jr and Joseph Allen Rock and a sister, Joyce Lynn Rock, all at home.
