Lucille Dehm
Lucille Dehm, 79, of Pleasanton, died Wednesday, October 16, 1996, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney, where she had been a patient for three days. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the United Methodist Church in Pleasanton with Rev. Rose Bartelson officiating. Burial will be at Pleasanton Cemetery. She was born May 20, 1817, to Henry and Clara Adams Southworth near Pleasanton where she grew up. In 1934, she graduated from Pleasanton High School. On August 18, 1948, she married Eldon Dehn in Kearney. the couple farmed northwest of Pleasanton until they retired and moved into Pleasanton in 1978. He husband died on July 3, 1986. She was a member of the church and the American Legion Auxiliary. Survivors include her sons, Dale, McMinnville, Oregon and Dennis, Aurora, Colorado; daughters, Darlene Dehm, Omaha, Deanna Miller, St. Peter, Missouri, and Diana Bunger, Upland; sisters, Ruth Southworth, Plattsmouth, and Jennie Fauquet, Lynnwood, Washington; and 12 grandchildren. In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by a son, three sisters and six brothers.
