Rosemary Lovvorn, 54 of Rockfield passed away at 4pm Thursday September 7th. She was surrounded by her family during the time of her departure at Parkview Regional Hospital in Ft. Wayne, IN
Rosemary was born March 2, 1963 at Home Hospital in Lafayette to the late Howard and Mary Rock. Although disabled for many years, Rosie found energy and joy from her two grandsons.
She is survived by the father of her sons, Alan Lovvorn Sr, two sons Alan Lovvorn Jr and Joshua (Abigael) Lovvorn, daughter Tommie Marchand, two grandsons Kenneth Lovvorn and Blaze Lovvorn. Also surviving are two sisters Ruth Roberts and Rosalie (Dale) McTigue, one brother Cecil Rock, nephews Christopher (Tara) McTigue, Zachary (Valerie) McTigue, and Eben (Samantha) Roberts.
She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.
The family will host friends for a Celebration of Rosemary's Life from 1 to 4pm on Saturday September 16th at Cree Funeral Home, Camden. There will be no interment.
