Ruby I. Green 83 of Somerville, IN entered rest on Nov. 1,2017 at Good Samaritan Nursing Home. She was born on Oct. 18,1934 in Carroll County, IN. to Paul & Agnes (Smith) Israel. She graduated from Monitor High School in May 1952 and Ft.
Wayne Community School of Nursing in 1966. She worked at Lafayette Home Hospital until she moved to Somerville. She attended Mackey Church of The Nazarene.
Ruby was preceded in death by her parents and husband Denver Green Sr. and sister Freida Israel. Survived by her children, Doris l. Miller of Otwell, IN, Denver Green Jr. of Tippecanoe, IN, Kathy Draper and Thomas Green of Flora, IN.
Several grandchildren and great grandchildren even Great-great Grandchildren. Special friends Lita Doerner and Carol Hale. Services will be 12 Noon Monday Nov. 6,2017 at the Mackey Church of The Nazarene with burial in Somerville Cemetery.
Rev. Bill L. Reed will be officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M until services on Monday at the church.
