Ryan Dokich *

With heavy hearts we regret to inform you that Dokich, aka “Roscoe Shockey” has left the planet.
As with most of us, Ryan was a complex person and during his life he fought and won many battles. Although he had a lion’s heart, some wounds run too deep and not every battle can be won. On February 26, , Ryan lost his final battle.
Ryan Allyn Dokich was born October 24, in Orange, CA. He was lively, smart, and bold as a child. He had a curiosity that put the “cat” to shame, and his mother encouraged it. Ry grew to be a handsome charismatic man with a quick wit. He served honorably in the Marine Corps and worked in many different vocations. While living in , he met and married the love of his life, Viviana Salas. He graduated Cum Laude from California State University San Marcos with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. After graduation Ryan and Viviana relocated to to be near their families and pursue opportunities. Ryan was quickly recognized for his intelligence and work ethic by Vitesco Technologies who began grooming him for high level management.
Ryan is survived by his wife, Viviana Salas Dokich; his mother, Karen E. Shutes, and his father, Bill Botto; grandmother Phyllis Hollywood and grandfather, Steve ; grandmother Ginny Shutes; Aunts Michele (Kris) Herchberger; Jennifer (Erik) Mansoor; Uncles Grover (Charlotte) Shutes; Damon Shutes; and Robert (Luciene) Botto. Cousins Codi, Kara, Daniel, Andrew, Matthew, Katie, Abbie, Teagan, Kellan, and the newest additions to Ryan’s family, Miss Crazy Fire and Miss Samantha.
With our deepest gratitude we want to also mention the “brothers” that Ryan chose, Jose Salas and . Special mention to Mama Luisa.
We thank you, Ryan, for all the love and joy that you brought into all of our lives.
You will live forever in our hearts and in our memories. We love and miss you, so!
We pray that all of your wounds are now healed.
