Margaret L Starcher *
Margaret Lynn Starcher, 84, of Ripley, WV, passed away December 13, 2023, peacefully at her home following a brief illness.
She was born October 6, 1939, in Ripley, WV, a daughter of the late Dr. Robert Camden and Helen Marie (Shockey) Starcher.
She was a graduate of Ripley High School and West Virginia University where she received her degree in elementary education. She was a former kindergarten teacher at Ripley Elementary School. Lynn, was a member of the St. John’s Episcopal Church, Ripley, WV.
Survivors include her sisters, Mary Camden Starcher of Louisville, KY and Emily (Starcher) Pace of Athens, GA.
Service will be 1 p.m. ~ Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at Jackson County Memory Gardens Mausoleum Chapel. Burial will follow in cemetery gardens.
